One of my favorite movies of all time. A true fantasy story exqusitely envisioned by George Lucas. I would be very surprised if Peter Jackson didn't not only watch the movie, but study it. The characterizations are full - you know and care about what happens to all of the characters. Enough time is spent at the beginning that you know Willow, his family, his friends and his people's lifestyles. You care about what will become of them as well as the baby Moses - uh, I mean Elora Dannon (sic).

Anyway, this should be in everyone's DVD collection and passed down to your kids!
