Welcome to FSF. This is so new to me, it's probably going to take a while to figure out all that can be done. Anybody who'd like to help get this new forum to work is definitely welcome. I'll try not to make too many rules - just keep it relatively clean. Remember to treat others better than you want to be treated and you'll probably do perfectly fine.
In case you're wondering - yes, the changing look of the site is intentional. If you were to start a topsite list you will find many pre-made styles (site templates) that you can use. I'm changing the look fairly frequently because I like to and so you can see how much variety there is in themes (and it also lets you know I'm active). I try to get here a few times each day (although that's sometimes hard on weekends), check out the new posts, and "fiddle with stuff".
Just a few simple rules (more may be added later, so check back once in a while - I won't make rules arbitrarily; most will be to address specific problems):
1. Don't post a thread that is nothing but ads or links to non-relevant sites. We're here to share sites that are about F/SF and to discuss/chat about F/SF "stuff". We had one post that was nothing but links to different sites, none of which were about F/SF. Threads like that will be deleted.
2. No offensive language or pictures/images. This includes content of a sexual, racial, or religious nature. I like Google's "Do No Evil" approach.

I don't visit like I used to, maybe that's part of the reason for so few posts by anybody else. I spend a lot of time at work. I've been on my "new" job about 18 months and it keeps me really busy.
In my off time, I spend a bit of time on the web. Been getting into http://www.veoh.com a lot lately. It's a neat way to watch movies and other types of videos. Veoh TV is pretty fine (in my opinion).
